Michael Gaul

Michael Gaul is a results-oriented executive with over three decades of experience in physical security, background screening, and business process management. As the Executive Vice President of Strategic Markets at Lower Risk Group, Michael leads the strategic partner relations and marketing efforts, leveraging his deep expertise in human capital risk management. He is passionate about educating business leaders and HR professionals on effective strategies to protect their interests.

Before joining Lower Risk Group, Michael was a senior project manager at Vector Security, where he successfully led a team managing the installation of asset protection systems for major clients such as The Home Depot and Kmart/Sears Corporation. His career also includes a significant tenure at American Background Information Services (ABI) from 1997 to 2005, where he was a member of the senior management team. At ABI, Michael played a key role in designing and implementing human capital risk management strategies for Fortune 50 clients and served in various client-facing and operational leadership positions, including Managing Director and Director of Compliance and Fulfillment. Michael's extensive experience and strategic vision make him a valuable asset in the fields of strategic markets and risk management.
