Mike Hyman

Mike is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in the fields of security, risk mitigation, investigations, and crime prevention. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, he leads L&A’s US Operations and oversees the delivery of projects related to security and risk management, crime prevention, and training. Mike provides broad supervisory oversight of L&A’s in-house reporting and training system – directing the development of internal processes for client service and quality control.

Mike has collaborated with multiple Fortune 500 companies, international insurers, US brokers, healthcare facilities across North America, and some of the largest affordable housing organizations in the US. Through his provision of consultative services with high-risk, highly regulated industries – Mike brings a distinctive perspective to each engagement that is grounded in the operational feasibility of each unique enterprise.

Prior to joining Lowers Risk Group, Mike was a conservation police officer with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries (VDGIF). His responsibilities included enforcement of state and federal laws as well as regulations set forth by the VDGIF. Mike also served as a deputy sheriff with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia, where he worked as both a Certified DCJS deputy sheriff with the patrol division as well as an underwater search and recovery team specialist with the criminal investigation division.
